Meet the talented Angel Studios team: Paul, Kat, Amy-Rose, Jess, Will, Eddie, Steve, Leah, and Mel.

Dr. Paul Day: Producer and Audio Engineer Extrordinaire!

Paul, our fearless leader, has been in the music industry longer than he can remember, including a lifetime of experience in audio production and sound engineering. He plays guitar, bass, and keyboard, sings, and is an accomplished songwriter who has been recognised at the Sunni awards. Paul is also a professional photographer and videographer and recently wrote and directed the independent Sci-Fi feature "Redemption 101". Apart from that he has a B.Sc.(Hons) and an M.B.B.S ... seriously!

Kat: Artwork/Video Editing/Systems Administration

Kat has been doing graphic art since the days when it was done with letraset, and is at your disposal to help you put together your CD or DVD artwork. She also loves video editing and post production - she is familiar with Adobe photoshop, Flash, After Effects, Avid Liquid, and Wondertouch Particle Illusion. Kat is a wizard-level computer geek who enjoys the challenge of doing the impossible. Her dream is to make an award winning music video - perhaps it will be yours!

Amy-Rose: Dance Teacher/Choreographer

Amy-Rose has been dancing since age three and has devoted her life to the arts. 2008 will be her 7th year of teaching. She is advanced in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Slow Modern. She has performed and toured with Raw Dance Company and has her C.S.T.D. (Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing) Diploma Tapping Branch.

Jess: Apprentice Engineer/Office Assistant

We first met Jess as an enthusiastic and talented work experience student. Paul was so impressed that he offered her part time work at the studio. She has since finished school and has continued to work and train with us. Jess specialises in burning CD's, making coffee, and keeping the studio organised. Her goal is to have a career in live mixing or audio engineering.

Will: Session Musician/Equipment Maintenance

Will (sometimes known as Ensign Benson) is a great bass player with more than decade of experience and he's available to play on your CD. He is also a guitarist, and a very skillful electronics engineer who helps us maintain our equipment in tip-top condition. We couldn't get by without him.

Eddie: Director of Photography/Cameraman/Guitarist

Eddie is a brilliant guitarist who also happens to have 28 years of experience as a cameraman. He has worked on network television, commercials, and music videos including Crowded House, Midnight Oil, Deep Purple, Silverchair, and Powderfinger. You can listen to him on his regular early morning radio spot on ABC 612.

Steve: Tracking Engineer/Promotions/Session Musician

Steve is the lead guitarist for melodic indie rock group 'The Transmitters'and is available for session work. He is also active in our in-house band promotions and live gigs.

Leah: Vocalist/Percussionist/Engineer

One of our in-house session musicians, Leah specialises in vocals and percussion. She has extensive experience in corporate performing and professional recording. She also enjoys writing songs and beat tracks.

Mel: Makeup Artist

Mel can make you look great for your next video or photo session or, if you prefer, she can make you look old, sick, beaten up, or just plain wierd. She is currently furthering her studies at the Frampton Institute of Cinemagraphic Makeup.
